Eh, no he didn't. Got your attention though. But Obama has the power to do it! Doesn't he? Come on! If he can let the NSA, CIA, FBI, and the Justice Department spy and control us, why wouldn't he want to go further? Seriously, Nixon almost got impeached and resigned for lesser crimes. It's time for Obama to go. He shows complete disregard for the Consitution, and probably uses it as his personal ass wipe! The past 60 years of laws and political BS needs to be sorted and decimated and the entire congress wiped clean and re-voted on after a new voting system is created, no more two-party system. Plus new Presidential elections. What's your opinion?
P.S. If I don't respond to anything, assume the Black Helicopters came to get me. I'm already on their list.

I'm pretty sure PRISM started under Bush (2007) - there's a big difference between continuing an existing program, and actively starting it. I do agree that the government has overstepped the line here, and people do need to be held responsible. But why do you assume that Obama is the only one responsible? He didn't start the program, he didn't operate it, and he definitely wouldn't have the power to shut it down without informing the public about it. He was a bystander, to the best of my knowledge. The ones that should be removed from power are those that headed the operations, the heads of the NSA & other governmental bodies which were part of the program, who knowingly broke the law. Saying that, if my knowledge of Obama's involvement is incorrect, then I am open to some sort of action against him (within reason considering his quite considerable judicial freedoms). As long as those responsible are punished, and action taken to prevent similar things from occurring in the future, then I am satisfied. 1
