Once again Obama is playing politics with guns before the bodies are even cold!
This radical extremist we have as President lives and breathes his radical political ideology, and no matter how many people die, he will use any tragedy to push his extremist agendas. He sits there on TV tonight spewing the same old tired lies about gun control before the victims are even cold.
Not one of these mass killings in schools would have been prevented from any of the new laws these control fanatics want to put on law abiding citizens.
ANY person with an ounce of sense knows full well that criminals will always find a way to get guns. THEY DON'T FOLLOW IDIOT LAWS MADE BY IDIOT POLITICIANS.
In this instance, he is not. He is just reacting to Obama. If he said the Oregon shooting shows that schools shouldn't be gun free zones then he would be doing the same thing as Obama.

Maybe someday you might THINK and understand why Conservtives must speak out over and over again to protect our freedoms from those who would take them. The same way Christians speak out about Homosexuality because of the activist's goal of transforming our faith to deny that Homosexuality is a sin, and the freedom to not have Gay Sunday school teachers, or Gay pastors, or Christian family owned businesses not catering Gay wedding receptions, etc.
We fight those on the Left trying to steal our freedoms. Were it not for that we would never mention homosexuality or gun control.
The rest of the world look in amazement at the indifferent, if not callous attitude of America's legislator's towards gun laws. The mindless morons who wish to own guns have a total disregard for the lives which could have been saved if their beloved guns hadn't been so readily available. Of course the necessity for those wishing to possess a firearm to meet a strict security and psychological criteria wouldn't stop all the maniacs but it would reduce the carnage and almost certainly highlight anyone seeking to procure a firearm illegally. The other important feature of this atrocity is than the filth targeted Christians.

I am not for more alcohol control if that is what you think. I'm using alcohol as an obvious example where the deaths far outweighs any mass gun shootings, but Democrats never mention it. Vehicular traffic is a vital and integral part of every day life in almost every country in the world. From public transport to leisure trips the automobile and heavy goods vehicles are indispensable. The shocking carnage which this form of transport causes is indeed truly appalling, but it is an evil with which we'll have to live. Mankind has been developing different forms of hallucinatory drugs since the dawn of our species. Alcohol and drug abuse is a scourge of every society throughout the world. Fatalities caused by the misuse of motorized transport, booze and drugs is, pretty much exclusively unintentional. Firearms are manufactured for one purpose only, to kill. There is a strong case for their existence when they are used for vermin control, legal hunting or target shooting. The granting of licences for these activities should only take place when the applicants are vigorously vetted by properly qualified psychiatrists and specially trained members of local police forces. The introduction of these 'common sense'' measures would only bring the United States into line with the rest of the world's civilized nations and save countless lives, something about which you have no regard, what a lovely human you must be. Your conspiracy theory only serves to illustrate your total lack of intellect and compassion for your fellow human beings. Your crazed rants about Democrats is light years off course as I'm from Northern Ireland but feel more affiliated with the ideologies and policies of the Republican party.

So, actually car deaths and gun deaths are around the same now. In the 33K range. Many of the gun deaths are suicides. Alcohol is in the 88K range and no one cares.

As I previously mentioned in an earlier post you conveniently ignore the fact that motorized transport is a vital and integral component of modern life. Alcohol and drug abuse along with automobiles do cost lives but, unlike firearms their existence is not specifically meant to kill people. Firearms have one purpose and one purpose only, to kill. Notwithstanding the deaths which the aforementioned cause they form no part of this debate and should be introduced for discussion under separate cover. You appear to lack the intellect to understand the logic behind the introduction of more strict gun laws and recognize that the United States of America is the only advanced nation out of step. You are akin to the proud mother who was watching her Marine son marching in a military parade and commented, oh look, everyone is out of step except my Johnny.

Democrats AND Republicans have managed to put regulations on alcohol AND cars that have likely saved at LEAST as many lives as cars and alcohol have taken. Those have been constantly strengthened by individual states making them even MORE effective. You MUST have a license to drive, you MUST be trained to "use an automobile". True, having regulations about driving and drinking do not "prevent it" totally, but they certainly save lives. I don't have any objection to "more government laws" against driving drunk if they save lives, I can't imagine why YOU do.

Funny. American police killed111 people in one month last year, I'm not even sure that was the worst. The U.K. police have killed 52 citizens since 1900, (not counting spies and saboteurs during wartime). I guess they don't have as armed many people with "mental problems" as America does.
