Is that a quote from Anita Sarkeesian? These assertions come from the IAT, the implicit-association test. The idea being that people have an easier time associating black faces with negative things and white faces with positive things. The IAT isn't valid (which means it doesn't measure what it purports to measure)(source 1). It's suggested that it may be measuring differences in novelty, familiarity, salience of concepts and cultural knowledge among other things (source 1). The IAT doesn't have internal consistency (which means it isn't measuring a coherent construct)(source 1). In addition, it's test-retest reliability is incredibly low (source 1); it doesn't produce repeatable results. Lets assume, however, that it were true. Unconscious bias has been shown to have at most a two percent correlation (source 1) with discriminatory behavior. It's really nothing to be worried about. Those who promote the IAT and it's findings generally have no understanding of the scientific method as applied to social psychology. SJWs are the people that even liberals hate listening to, but in real life most people don't think "hey, that's an SJW!" No. The average person hears an SJW and thinks "Let's get the hell out of here. This person is bat shit crazy and dangerous!" Side: It's the SJW Victim Mentality.

People Who Are White, Cis, and/or Male are NOT Racist, Transphobic, and/or Misogynistic I think the point here is that being white, cis, etc is not what makes a person racist, transphobic, etc, despite suppositions to the contrary by some on the left. Side: It's the SJW Victim Mentality.
