Cell: Due to his incredible speed, the cells of the finest fighters ever known, and the ability to think light years beyond the Hulk. Don't get me wrong, the Hulk has rediculous strength, scary if I might add, but when you have someone with strength, speed, and power then you have yourself one hell of a opponent. But Cell in his Super Perfect form, come one thats uber powerful. Not only can he dish out attacks of powerful proportions, he can regenerate and become even more powerful. How do you stop that? With brute strength? Unike Hulk, Cell has the ability to reduce the Hulk to molecules whereas the Hulk has no attack to do so. his savage natue also put him at a horrible disadvantage over the android with a high level of intellect Side: Cell would win

Okay, one. 1. The Hulk has impenetrable Skin 2. The Hulk has super strength, adding to that he gets even stronger when angry. 3. Hulk doesn't lie when he says ' HULK IS BEST THERE IS ' 4.
