Practice makes perfect..?

There are a lot of fairs and markets in which products are demonstrated, through this you can see and sometimes experience the product which is demonstrated, but does this actually work? Are you less uncertain about a product by seeing how it works? My statement is I am easily convinced to buy a product once I have seen how it works.

I will agree to this generally speaking; with simple things excepted, I'm pretty hesitant to buy something I haven't seen in action.

Most people are like this, and just differ in where they draw the line; most who would buy an electric can opener wouldn't need to see a demo first, but relatively few people will buy a tv without seeing what the picture looks like, even if only on a floor model. People who will buy a car without actually test driving it are all but negligible.

If no one can achieve perfection then how can anyone know what perfection is?

If no one knows what perfection is then how could you tell how close you are to it?
