Proof that the younger generation is not as smart as the older generation.

I myself am a 15 year old girl. I am honestly ashamed of this generation. The kids and teens are just ridiculously stupid and it disgusts me that some people can't even do math problems as simple as 9+10.... Sometimes I honestly just want to punch the stupid out of people....

Skills in mathematics are actually improving with every single generation in this country, as well as in most other fields.

They didn't have to put those warnings before because the older generation wasn't smart enough to figure out how to do those things at home. ;)

Side: Wait..., what? No!

They put those warnings on there now because the older generation DID try those things at home. The ones claiming their generation to be smarter are the ones who didn't ;) The younger generation will be just as smart once the worst of the idiots cull themselves, it'll just take longer with warnings in place!

Kids get their genetics from their parents, so if the kid is a moron, then it would follow that the parents are morons.

Most studies done on the matter show that each consecutive generation is smarter than the one before it, whilst each previous generation continuously views the next one as less informed.

In other words, older people find those who are younger less educated. Why is this being made out to be anything more than that?

The people of this generation are not dumb , but however they are not genius'. I feel that people of older generations are more educated in mathematics and grammar, but the people of this generation have more knowledge in the area of technology and sports .

I don't think they are dumbing down, but I've noticed that there are more and more dumb games out there, violent too. Five Nights of Freddy's is a particular dislike. I've never liked jump scares, and I think it's kinda dumb to play a game where animal robots try to, uh, kill you. What happened to innocent games, like PacMan? No, I'm serious. Mario and PacMan seem like they are long gone.

The older generation just did ALL the stuff that probably were insane but they didn't know it. So now, people have learnt not to do stupid things that the older generation used to do. We learnt from their mistakes.
