Well, let's be open minded here. We must consider the severity of their brown condition. Almost white with a slight hint of brown, no problem. Very light brown similar to a good sun tan, well okay. Puerto Rico is a US terroritory. It's people are natural born US citizens and can move freely throughout the US. If the US didn't want it this way then we should not have made it a commonwealth under our nationality. Turning Puerto Rican's away would be essentially no different than turning Hawaiins or Alaskans away. Side: NO, they're Americans

What's it matter con? They already vote in our elections, so stop getting racially excited over more possible voters. Would you be waving all the illegals in if they voted conservative? No? Puerto Rico is a U.S. Territory and Puerto Ricans are able to vote in our elections and our flag flies over their country. Puerto Rico is considered a state under many U.S. laws and Not just anybody can vote in U.S. elections. Court ruled that Double Jeopardy would also be in effect, therefore someone can’t get charged with the same crime in both countries. Puerto Rican’s are in fact U.S. citizens and they benefit from all of the rights that we have here in the United States. It would be like not letting Floridians come to let’s say Georgia or some other state around there because they are “too tan” or “a peninsula isn’t really a part of a country” Side: NO, they're Americans
If we were in their position, then we had to go to other countries such as Puerto Rico. Anyone is welcome in America for freedom. America has a lot of immigration going on. If we stop them, then our ally ties can break. If I was president, I would be making more allies than breaking them and add more adversaries. Also, they're considered Americans.
