Indeed, people who want to blow up the status quo often have little appreciation for how hard it was just to reach the state they now want to blow up. And, they either have no real plan for what comes next, or they have countless plans they can't agree on, or they agreed on a plan but it's a poorly informed one. Just to use one example, the Americans who swept the Republicans to power were adamant Obamacare had to go, but every single one of the "or's" I listed above came true when they tried to ban and replace it. The current economic and political systems that are practiced in western countries have provided the general populace with the best living conditions ever experienced by mankind Evidently, it is you who needs to understand that at one point in history, the same could be said of life in caves, or monarchism, or feudalism. Furthermore, you demonstrate typical Americanized bias in failing to acknowledge the success of the Soviet Union, which ended only because of a 40 year proxy war with America. You can't have a fight about who has the best economic system any more than you can have a fight about who has the best athletes. I notice this ridiculously childish mentality from Americans a lot. American financial aid in the form of the ''Marshall Plan''helped greatly to relieve the hardship of British civilians and give a kick start to the economy after WW2. Once more it was American might and determination which contained the an expansionist Soviet Union from '' appropriating'' western Europe as it did with the Eastern Bloc countries. It's to the United States as the leader of the free world that Britain and all of Europe look to for security as it peers nervously at the Sabre rattling of Vladimir Putin's belligerent Russia.
