Evidence: According to an article done by Yamashita Kiyomi, After the normalization of diplomatic relations, the products imported from Mainland China became affluent: the number of shops selling Chinese products, folklore products and Chinese cakes to tourists increased, not to mention the number of Chinese restaurants. Explain: This shows that due to Chinatown in Japan (EE), this helped to increase the economic gain from tourism. (IDK, my explanation section is usually quite bad) Side: Yes, EE should be encouraged

Encouraging EE's could have the effect of less integration of those in the enclave as they preserve their culture and are unable to be integrated into Singapore's Culture. See video. essentially the video shows a Singaporean negatively reacting to foreigners. This could be evidence that there is little integration in Singapore which could be blamed on the EEs that preserve the culture of foreigners and thus there would be cultural friction. Video (also evidence) (also am trying to make a counter argument)
Side: No, EE shouldn't be encouraged
EE should not be encouraged. With membership into these EE's, the immigrants need little adjustment culturally and linguistically. This might hinder the naturalisation into the community they migrated to causing more segregation then otherwise intended. Side: No, EE shouldn't be encouraged
