In small amounts, you can handle some greasy food, otherwise McD's would be killing people like nobody's business. In large amounts (relative to the other food types you eat) if your saturated food types are quite frequently eaten then it has a ton of negative effects on health, not just that your heart gets clogged up but seriously it even makes your brain work worse as brain works better with pure glucose not breaking down from such saturated fat. I love my greasy food but I control myself. Side: GOOD
