I agree, so long as you consider marriage a right. If you make the claim heterosexual couples have a right to marriage, there is no logical reason why homosexual couples should be denied the same right. Their marriage hurts no one, and their sexuality has been defined by the professional community as a natural variation on human sexuality, so it is not unnatural or a disorder. Their marriage affects no one but themselves, at least not in any way different from heterosexual marriage. If you don't think marriage itself is a right, then it is a privilege, and the same argument stands. If heterosexual couples are allowed marriage, there is no logical reason why homosexual couples should be denied the same. That's equality. Side: I agree.

You are wrong. The antigay concept is a religious idea that should not dictate the law. You have the right to your religious bigotry, but you do not have the right to force it on other people. You have the right to be personally oppose to same sexd marriage, but you do not have the right to force said opposition on other people. WI am bisexual. If I fall in love with a woman and her with me, we have the same rights as other people.
