Anything that has "arts" at the end of it winds up in you being poor or seeking another degree. Your liberal teachers are poor because they are idiots.

Science discoveries are what revolutionize the world. Although language arts is something everyone should be required to know, science is the essence of life!!!!!

Science is a wide field, that's one thing. This means it has a lot of job opportunities and due to the importance science holds in our lives, it's going to be a high paying job too.

Language arts...it's basically just learning other languages and literature correct? It's only use, in my opinion, is for communication. And how often would you come in contact with a Chinese speaking man or another person who doesn't speak your language.

To me, science has a lot of applications too. Language arts just has that communication advantage as its application.

the only reason we use Greek and Latin roots is to make up scientific terms. thats what a supporter of language might say, but the fact that there were things that needed to be named through science defeats that claim
