Scientists In Moscow Invent Quantum Time Machine

Scientists have reversed the direction of time with a quantum computer.

The breakthrough study seems to contradict basic laws of physics and could alter our understanding of the processes governing the universe.

In a development that also represents a major advance in our understanding of quantum computers, by using electrons and the strange world of quantum mechanics researchers were able to turn back time in an experiment that can be likened to causing a broken rack of pool balls to go back into place.

Anyone watching the computer would see the event as if time had turned backwards.

The researchers – from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) and helped by colleagues in Switzerland and the US – expect the technique to improve, becoming more reliable and precise with time.

It doesn't contradict the laws of physics, obviously. Numbskulls. Quantum mechanics has a different set of rules than the visible universe.

“The new experiment is like giving the pool table such a perfectly calculated kick that the balls rolled back into an orderly pyramid.

The scientists found that, working with just two qubits, “time reversal” was achieved with a success rate of 85 per cent.”

Cool. They built a simulation experiment that is like a time machine. Kind of. Like most the time if it’s not complex. And it’s not actually time travel. This is not exciting.

Ahahahaha! Always leave it up to Amarel to tell people what they've done wrong, even if they are quantum physicists!!

They used a machine to manipulate the direction of time. That's a time machine, dumbass.

This is not exciting.

It's a damn sight more exciting than reading your deranged infantile sniping, that's for sure buddy. If it's not exciting then why are you even wasting your time replying you goddamned idiot?

Nonsense! A time machine takes people back or forward in time as traditionally understood , this does no such thing as the article clearly states .....

......The finding is unlikely to lead to a time machine that would work on people.........

But no matter this is just another in a long list of things you get wrong , it’s your special gift isn’t it?

So, you actually believe the hype that they built a time machine? Lol. What a dumbass.

Hello hater:

Science?? SCIENCE??? Dude! You don't BELIEVE in science.. Isn't the telegraph the source for your DENIAL that I'm a Jew?? I guess you missed this article..

www.telegraph.co.uk/family/life/mail-order-dna-test-revealed-had-half-brother-knew-nothing/

Of particular interest is how my DNA lab identifies someone as say 70% Ashkenazi Jew, or 50% Scandinavian or 25% Irish/Welsh/Scottish etc, as testament to the fact that they are not plucking it from thin air!

MyHeritage compares my DNA with the DNA of living people around the globe whose genetic ethnicity is known. They call these people the Founder Populations.

Founder Populations are modern groups that descend from a few individuals who left one area to settle another for political, religious, or social reasons. Founder populations amplify certain gene variants while maintaining significant stretches of uniformity in other DNA sequences.

Of course the other important note is the time frame. Tests can go back roughly 2000 years with current testing methods so simply knowing about ones' grandparents and great-grandparents often paints a small, small fraction of the overall picture so a lot of the time, people will doubt or question these results because their point of reference might be 100 years which 100/2000 years would be 5% of the total picture of genetics that we can paint.

Is that a little too much science for you?

No, OBVIOUSLY My Heritage does NOT do this, because the SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE illustrates that (Ashkenazi) "Jews" are Turkish and/or Iranian immigrants with ZERO PERCENT genetic predisposition toward Judaism.

Fuck off. You're literally an oxygen thief. Fake Jew fuck.

DNA ancestry tests branded 'meaningless'

Commercial DNA tests that claim to tell people whether they are related to Richard III or descended from the Vikings are no more than "genetic astrology", scientists have warned.

Posting claims from the EXACT SAME company that SOLD you a "MEANINGLESS" DNA ancestry test in the first place is hardly SCIENCE, is it, you persistently deranged little crackhead?

Cool DNA test bro, assuming it's actually accurate (which it may very well not be) why does it not link you to the Hebrews? Why does it use this word "Jew" but only highlight Poland, Nigeria and the Balkan lands?

This experiment reversed the evolution of a quantum system under very specific conditions. Generally this is impossible to do because Maxwell's equations and all of quantum electrodynamics are not invariant with respect to time reversal transform. So no time machine was built.

The Russians should shut down that Time Machine because it is influencing American elections !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not actually time travel, but it is nonetheless fascinating. Essentially they have managed to calculate how the process unfolded and then reverse it, which is equivalent to what would happen if time was reversed but not actually a reversal of time. I know I can drive you nuts with this but I don't actually believe in time. I mean, it could be real in some way other than just a way to measure the sequence of events and the rate at which things happen but that is not established well enough. When it comes to quantum mechanics it is important to realize that much of what we think we know is just a theoretical system we have invented to deal with things which behave in ways we don't understand.
