I always been about freedom, I really don't follow any set political party, I am a mixed bag of views, I am for freedom and human rights, maybe a humanitarian? secular humanist? you tell me, I never really wanted to put a label on my views for the simple fact that I really never liked being categorized. My strongest views are the following, in no particular order: 1. Individual Freedom, so long as your freedom does not infringe on another persons freedom. 2. Human equality. 3. Human Progression, culturally & scientific. 4. Anti capitalist, I believe there is a better way for all. 5. Anti religious establishment, meaning church states & theocracies. So in a nut shell, what would you categorize someone like me, what ever that may be is what I am I guess, but if I had to pick a category which I don't like to do I am agnostic (unknown about the existence of a creator), atheist (Anti religion), humanist (For humanity progression) Side: Sexting should be legal

One major issue to making it illegal, if that were even a viable solution to whatever problems arise from sexiting. How would we regulate it, in a way that wouldn't oppress our rights? It shouldn't be illegal, it should be of no concern to anyone not involved. Side: Sexting should be legal
I have never sexted. But to me it falls in the category of free expression. Let people do what they want to do. Granted if there are ramifications from doing it, like a kid sees it, or their wife, or their boss, then they still have to pay whatever price is associated. Side: Sexting should be legal

Yes, it should be legal. Change laws to lessen the charges? What? Topless pics are NOT a crime, nudity is not the same as sex. Too many people wrongfully conflate the two and nude pics are completely legal at any age. Unfortunately even those that should know better wrongfully conflate the two and teens end up getting wrongfully charged with a crime (and sometimes convicted). The problem is the way the laws are written, it leaves too much open to individual interruption Don't believe me that nude pics at any age are legal? Look up Jock Sturges, David Hamilton, or many other famous nude photographers. You can buy their books legally because sexual images and nude images are two different things. Also, even if it the pics are sexual, so what? Half of teens have sex before they graduate high school (and that is a conservative estimate). Many states have consent set at 16 years old but if you take a pic you can be charged with a crime, how can this possibly make sense to anyone? Criminalizing teens in order to "protect" them, isn't protecting them, it's harming them for life! Leave your moral argument about sex before marriage out of this, and teens shouldn't have sex out of this... Just as you had a right to decide that issue for yourself, so do they, not you. Yes, teens do need to be educated on disease and pregnancy (and in my opinion have free access to healthcare professionals, as well as condoms). Also, the argument some make, that if the pics get out they embarrass the teens and leave them open for bullying is inherently illogical. It puts the power in the bully's hands and subjugates everyone else. The issue isn't solved by discouraging innate human sexuality, but rather empowering teens to make their own decisions and be proud of their bodies. The power to embarrass someone isn't in a picture, it's in the way society (and the individual) react to it. Side: Sexting should be legal

When I was a young kid, probably 5, I was at the breakfast table and I spilled orange juice on myself. It got on my socks and then soaked into them. It felt really gross but before I could go change into a new pair my mom said it was time to leave for school. I didn't want to tell her I spilled so I kept the orange juice socks on all day. Has this happened to anyone else? Side: sexting should be illegal
