That would be a governmental overreach of authority. The right of the people to believe and practice as they wish must not be denied. If Christians can't celebrate Halloween, atheists cannot celebrate Christians, After all, it is not an atheist holiday.

Actually Christmas originally was a pagan holiday celebrating the winter solstice. Christians stole it, that one is not really a Christian holiday.

I was joking, though. But, if they want to make videos saying that Halloween is the devil's holiday, why don't we just make it easier for them?

They should be allowed to, because this is a free country, they just shouldn't actually do it, because it's not good for the kids.

Side: Yes

Who would care about their decision is it wouldn't probably even affect you directly? They'll raise their children, which will follow on their morality to their children. Some kids will make extraordinary decisions and turn away from Christianity. - I don't believe that 30 year old grownups wouldn't let their children to have some fun and eat sweets. And if there are such parents to who's religion is first priority, should rearrange them for the sake of holiday.

Ok, I think we should stop saying "Christians" unless it applies to all Christians

Now for the question, it is their right. However, I still disagree with it, since most Christians who are against Halloween think of it as "the Devil's holiday", which shows how little they know about the holiday

People still say that? I thought only the country bumpkins had that mentality.

Side: Yes

They shouldn't force there beliefs on their children. If there Children don't want to accept their dogmatic Religious nonsense then it is their choice.

Side: No

It's downright mean to take the fun away from the children. Halloween is not an evil night.
