Anyway, yes because if you are going to go on here and spam and be rude to people, then i think you deserve to be banned. I do know one person who i find rude but extremely smart, i find him as an exception to this.

In some cases, yes. Like if someone's trying to hack the site with a SQL injection statement once a second around the clock, maybe we don't want that.

The question is where to draw the line. I think the drastic step of banning someone should only happen in extreme situations. But how much of a psycho/racist/spammer do you need to be to qualify? I don't know.

Yes I think CreateDebate should ban trolls or people who spam debates or cause a lot of drama on here.

For that there should be someone who has a very good sense of what is "too much" (far too excessive trolling, spamming, flooding the site with nonessential crap), as I've seen one with a... just a sense... and the result wasn't good at all.

First warnings of course, preferably with clear explanation, and just one warning, no need for more. If doesn't learn from that then time to go for good.

If people aren't being constructive and are spamming. I think the people we would call bad debaters that don't debate but instead they just tell people they are wrong, are in a better position that the people like Prodigee who would just post random comments completely unrelated to the topic like his favorite.
