Even highschoolers need exercise outside of PE. Exercise gets oxygen to the brain which helps you think. Believe me. I've had experience with it.

It is not necessary for teenager between 14-18 to exercise in the middle of the day for a healthy oxygenated brain for thinking. One will still have a healthy brain if they exercise for a certain amount of time (doesn't matter when) each day.

who would want to work all day with no break all day.it is so unfair that only elementary people get recess and not highschoolers.

Americans get enough breaks in school. This is why American students are 10 steps behind European students and 20 steps behind Asian students. Americans complain too much about wanting more and more while gaining less and less.

My high school days pretty much were recess

Side: YESSSSSSSS!

I think that is a good idea. It would help the students relax and have fun so they can get better grades.

The majority of a high schooler's life is spent in a classroom. Five days a week, for 7 hours at a time, interrupted by only a small thirty minute lunch break that in most schools still has to be in the building.

That's prison with an education. Well not really, prisoner's get an hour of recreation time at least. Are our future not worth that much at least?

Waste of time. Youll have plenty of time in college for recess .

There not going to get to college, If they are mentally strained from no breaks, so don't do well, so can't get into college....

It only gets kids riled up and unfocused, which results in hindrances during the classroom learning process.

Depends only on the type of recess. Recess is not objective to sports and other activities that gets the body worked up. Even if so I don't see how tiring out someone gets them riled up?

Riled=Irritated Recess=Irritation?
