Again, "alleged scandals" Wishful thinking does not a criminal charge make. Even Trump's "university" is no longer a criminal charge because HE bought it off! Now, the other ... what is it? 47 lawsuits going on against the President elect?? What should we do if even ONE of those is found to be criminal?? Will YOU go around shouting "LOCK HIM UP!"?? I think not. The entire right wing will keep him from being prosecuted for HIS crimes. Side: Yes
I realize Trump is no perfect man and is kind of a dirt bag, but if you refuse to acknowledge Hillary's crimes while dwelling on Trump's you are in fact a hypocrite. Also, you a deeply mistaken when you claim all of the right wing will keep him from being prosecuted, because quite frankly not all of the republicans support him and quite a bit of the republican establishment hates him. i am aware that no one is perfect and i know that im probably not doing much better than her, but i have not leaked secrets to international entities, lied to the FBI, i am not a lobbyist, and im not within the governing body of the United States. someone who is ran for president or holds a government office should at least follow the law the have to enforce.with your argument we shouldn't even have a court system because nobody is perfect... I wouldn't be surprised if in the end she does, especially after her side has lost so badly, but that doesn't mean she should. Both her private e-mail and her nonstop efforts to protect herself about it are neither uncommon in Washington nor sufficient according to many analysts to lock her up. Furthermore, despite all the smears that she's crooked she has yet to be convicted in a court of law of anything at all. Side: No

There are far worse people above the law which need to be taken down from their throne and into prison. What happened to the criminal bankers who shot the entire global economy down to its knees? Oh yeah... their loss was paid by the state, which means they got rich from ripping off middle- and lower class people, and when they crashed the entire economy, they ended up profiting from tax payer money. I don't see the reason to lock up one woman for kind of endangering one nation, when there are people who literally destroyed the global economy without even a fine. Side: No

Just because there are worse people out there doesn't mean that Clinton deserves to go to prison any less. One could take the same mindset as the one you propose (I.E. "there are worse people out there, so why bother?"), and argue that we shouldn't have prisons, because there are more evil people than those in prison. Side: Yes

Clinton was guilty of putting the Security at risk. It has not been proven that this was done intentilnally. Meanwhile there are people who deliberately sabotage for their own profit. Should Hillary recieve some form of punishment for what she did? Maybe, i dont know, as far as Im informed she hasnt been found guilty in anything. So maybe we should move onto those who have been proven guilty, yet were bailed out by the state. Side: No
No doubt the the criminal bankers are evil and should be punished, yet you would be no better than the state who paid those bankers if you let Hillary Clinton who broke the law get off without and punishment. For WHAT??? She has NOT been convicted of ANYTHING to go to prison FOR. Now Trump is considering a disgraced, convicted felon for our NEW SecState! Oh, the hypocrisy! She has lied to the the FBI, which is a federal offense and punishable by jail time. She claimed to not have any classified emails on her email server, but in fact she had over 100. And NOW Trump is considering a man who WAS CONVICTED, and ADMITTED lying to the FBI, for SecState, Where is the equality?? The FBI, itself said, there are NO criminal acts to convict one, the other HAS BEEN CONVICTED! The swamp is being refilled! Trump was draining it, what he found on the bottom he saved for his cabinet! Side: Yes
