Should I just start identifying random people as allies or hostiles

Is that how this works??

I take the opposite appraoch of Apollo. I accept all allies and ignore enemy requests just because when someone creates a debate they have that nifty "invite friends" so I don't have to scan CD for an argument I might want to go to.

For enemies, like, disagreeing isn't exactly "enemy" material. Like if someone threw my turtle out a window or something they'd be an enemy, not if they type some words I disagree with on a the computer.

But sure, random is fun too. Go for it.

Meh? It don't identify anyone as anything... but I accept any ally/enemy request I get... I don't really see the point in it?

I always open for enemy requests.

But don't try to be allies. I have about 20 pending ally requests. It's nothing personal, I just reserve that for other people.

But I love enemies.

It works exactly like Liber says except you have to always add joecavalry as your ally and I do pretty much the same thing as HellNo2012.

You choose somebody whom you like and with whom you often agree to be your ally, and those with whom you often fail to get along may be declared enemies. That's how I see it.

What happens next? You just have these people clinging on to your profile or these allys and hostiles and what not have some significance?

its all down to whether or not your a pessimist or an optimist. if you are an optimist, which i would recommend, you should see them as friends until they prove you wrong.
