Of course it should be a fundamental right. If it is made a fundamental right, then there will be a need for more regulations in order to prevent abuse. Right now some businesses in RTW states basically abuse the employee because he/she is willing to work without union representation. For non-RTW states, employees can still ask for non-membership or partial membership. This way, they would only be paying the union for negotiation purposes. I personally find this model to be better than RTW because it does not require additional regulations. The only issue is that most people do not know about it. Side: Possibly,........

Let me start off the argument, initially on hearing this ,obese kids would ask for refuge, half of them would flee to Turkey and Syria, physically inferior blokes and lackluster guys would start to build safe houses and dutch attics, children would stop studying and would head to Wrestle-Mania to work, politicians would look for under-hand certificates and testimonials that would prove their work status. Newyork would smell abjectly sweaty, facials would fall way short of their effect,large-scale migration to Canada would take place and Stephen Leacock from heaven would shout 'How now,you double-standard blokes, tire under your sweaty locks",satirizing us why we have lost track with our fore-fathers.
