Should SANCTUARY CITIES be outlawed in the United States?

Sanctuary Cities are a hot topic in American politics at this point in our country's history. Some are in support of them and think they are a way to promote cultural diversity and acceptance. Those in opposition would say they are breaking the law and violating the constitution.

Another big question of this topic is whether cities have the right to do this. Does federal law have the right to overrule local and state law? Or should local and state law not get affected by federal law?

Please feel free to express your thoughts on this very important issue in our country. Thanks! :)

They were already illegal. Liberals didn't care, because protecting their kids is meaningless to liberals. They are too busy smoking pot and holding onto their white privilege with no intention of ever letting go of it. But at least it makes them feel good for a day until the Mary Jane wears off.

What is a sanctuary city? What specifically qualifies a city as such? Does a city have to go as far as providing financi aid to qualify? Or is it a sanctuary city f they do as little as refuse to have police detain suspected illegals to wait for ICE?

You must define it before you can outlaw it.

That would be the equivalent of the Fugitive Slave Act and we already know from history how bad that can turn out.
