Should a congressman vote to serve his constituancy, or his political future? If we look at Democrats in office? Apparently lobbyists and political future. In this way. He takes an oath to serve the U.S. Constitution FIRST, his constituency second, himself LAST! If his constituency wants something contrary to the Constitution (or detrimental to that country), it's his DUTY to reject it, thereby satisfying HIMSELF that he is an American FIRST. Side: HIMSELF
