Should all states be banned for people who keep wild animals in homes

Most states are banned from keeping animals in homes and it's illegal to keep an animal in homes like Colorado state in which I live in and I ask why is Nevada not banned for keeping wild animals

You are only looking at a tiny piece of this argument. What if a baby bunny was at your door looking for food and you fed it? It became a regular daily activity it allowed you to pick it up and enjoyed your company. Is it fair that the state could put you in jail for this activity? How dangerous is this wild bunny? This actually happens. I live in upstate NY I personally have over the years had pet raccoon's, a pet skunk, a pet deer, a pet squirrel, and a pet turkey . All were abandoned as babies and needed human assistance to survive. It is illegal here and I could have been arrested for my actions if the government were aware. I think it is stupid, as I loved these animals and took good care of them. Most of them would follow me around the yard and come in the house when I called them. Note the Turkey and the deer were not litter box trainable so they were only in the house for short periods of time.

You are a great man, but most people are not. How could the police know if you were trying to cook the animal or just keeping it safe?

Trick question. If it lives in peoples' homes then it isn't wild.

Question and correction my friend lots of rich people think they can just take away animals from their homes which is the wild and rich people force them to be in their homes and keep them in cages for fun my question wasn't a trick question I was being serious

That isn't true; wild is defined as, "living or growing in the natural environment; not domesticated or cultivated." If the animal was raised in the wild and then (archaically) captivated, it would still be considered wild.

Animals should never be treated in a cruel manner yet government should not have the right to determine what pets we have. I have known many people where I live that have wild animals that they rescued as babies and keep as pets. These animals would have died without human assistance and have bonded with humans. They never learned to live in the wild and they would die if not cared for. Why should the government be permitted to make this an illegal activity. I live in NY where it is only legal if you pay the state for a permit $$ like always with government you can do what ever you want if you pay the politicians.

it shouldn't be banned but you should have a licence for having a wild animal so you're trained for having one
