Should education systems adopt methods used in Finland?

Finland has a very successful education programme. With kids enjoying school and they're also doing well, with more kids passing high school than other countries.

Less days in school and more play are a part of this. Very little homework and no standardised testing until 16 years old. What do you think of the methods? Should they be adopted?
