everyone HAS a religion (belief) ... whether it be called a religion or not .. even the religion of "no God/Religion"

the soon to emerge One World Religion (world ethic) New World Order < if you oppose this "ethic" you are in deep deep doo doo

-----------------------------------------

In the midst of the Tribulation period there shall rise up two great world leaders .. one a political leader inspired by Satan himself .. the other religious leader to deceive the people with strong delusions and either lead them or force them to worship the anti-christ as the long expected world-ruler .. these two Satanic deceivers shall prevail upon all except those who risk all to boldly acknowledge their belief in the Lamb of God slain from the foundation of the world . . . . Rev 13:8 salvation in the great tribulation is still based on the blood of Jesus Christ .. those who are then saved .. however .. must boldly confess their faith before a world of hostile witnesses .. which will mean nothing short of martyrdom .. except to those few sealed in Israel .. may God help every reader of these words to make sure their calling and election while the days of grace are still lasting .... gty.org

Are you equal to your Dog?

Do you reason with your dog? Does your dog go to school, work, clubbing, church, shopping, banking, debate, vote....

Is your dog a property or human? Choose one....so are you equals...

I don't think anyone has ever cared enough to name it.

You can do that.

Though, of course, this is a terrible position to argue for. As I always say, only the greatest of the religious zombies want everyone to believe that everything is religion.

Religion is the rudder that steers each persons vessel. It directs the purpose within us. It is our way of life that shapes our perception, and by what we use to interpret, evaluate, and act on everthing that is beyond our natural instincts.

And if one has little beyond his natural instincts, well then to him, that low basic standard is their religion. Then their natural instincts become their rudder which steers their thoughts, behaviors, and actions. Their religion is a standard of an unreasoning animal that cares only for his natural instincts. No greater than that of a wild dog.

Each of us has a religion, individual beliefs that determine what we stand for, or object to.

Preference is not a religion, liking or not liking broccoli is not a religion.

Preference are not beliefs. Often beliefs go against preferences.

Each persons world view, and each ones standards regarding what is right and what is wrong. It measures praise, guilt, or shame. It is the internal guidance of accountability and self introspection. Our standard used to interpret all things around us.

Its the guiding factor within us that defines what is good, bad, or indifferent.

Its the meter to measure character, principle, or integrity.

This is each persons religion by which one holds to and by which one responds to things around them.

Whether based on an organized religion or not!

Churches take the scripture ... "if you confess with you mouth and you believe in your heart ... yadda yadda chant chant" they call it faith, yet does not impart faith.

The way churches present this scripture within the "sinners prayer" they literally hush and quench the Holy Spirit!

Then they precede bad to worse, and add to His word with their words they add, doctrines and interpretations explaining away Gods word. And taking the place of Christ, a false Christ, as the Pope did.

And they dismiss the weight of the Spirit and by it they seal people out of salvation

If they turn a deaf ear it is also quenching the Spirit.

The work of salvation begins with His kindness leading each one of us in our own specific journey to repentance.

But as is common place, many step in. Many even knowing the Spirit, overstep but need to step back and let the Spirit work in them.

Do we know Him? Do we think He isn't a reality of true presence?

Many churches decided to do the work of Spirit for Him saving people their way, not His.

We need to lead people who approach the alter to seek Him. And to instruct them to pray earnestly and show God they really want His salvation and His Spirit, and that the Spirit will lead them to count the cost.

And then let the Spirit lose on them to do His work! Tell them to grab God and wrestle till they get Him!

Tell them to expect His work and when they are ready He promised His Spirit, don't stop till He comes to you. Because after you wrestle He will make you born again.

Count the cost if you havn't experienced Him yet, see what your holding on to. It may be keeping Him because He knows you, He is there waiting for all of you to enter covenant with Him.

The Jews and Pharisees did not travel and convert people ever, we do. So then who is Jesus referencing when He addresses these Pharisees below? Could this be how we make them twice the sons of Hell?

These may also be among those who are "twice the son of Hell" and/or "those who crucify Christ to themselves twice," or "who speak against the Spirit."

Matthew 23

15 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you travel around on sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much a son of hell as yourselves.

Matthew 12

32 Whoever speaks a word against the Son of Man, it shall be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age

Hebrews 6

4 For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit,

5 and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come,

6 and then have fallen away, it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God and put Him to open shame.

7 For ground that drinks the rain which often falls on it and brings forth vegetation useful to those for whose sake it is also tilled, receives a blessing from God;

8 but if it yields thorns and thistles, it is worthless and close to being cursed, and it ends up being burned.

We can't do the work, YET the alter call workers are often ready to step in the way of the Spirit, to declare the work done. Well yeah the work was done!

But now the Spirit has to reveal Himself to each and its His revealing and work in each one individually.

He knows us each by name.

Many of these will get there, and say Lord Lord .... yet He will say He never knew them! 😢

Maybe He knows each one and has to deal with things in each indidually.

Its a revelation of salvation we each need!

We can't give that, yet many stifle it. And even speak against it!

If they turn a deaf ear it is also quenching the Spirit.

But we reduced salvation to joining a club of "clean" fun, and begin to do the salvation work of cleaning the outside the dish, to present to the world shiney prizes and offer to Christ people you cleaned up by your own flesh by your own doctrines and by your own standards.

But then the Spirits work is left undone, and locked out and He is even often called the accuser of the bretheren.

The Spirit is shut out without His spotlight, who is the only one who knows their heart, showing them what cost to count for each one.

This work doesn't happen in our schedule! They need an encounter with the Spirit and the "sinners prayer" often takes that away!

We each need to wrestle with God!

And work out our salvation with fear and trembling. We need to seek Him till He says your ready to find Him. The Holy Spirit blows as He wills. He will meet you, if you wait upon the Lord.

The weight of sin and the world needs to be left on them till the Holy Spirit reveals Christ and removes it. They need Him to be revealed.

An alter call isn't usually the timing, they may need to walk around for days or weeks wrestling with the Spirit, if we deliver them prematurely they would not have entered the covenant of salvation by revelation. Because we can't save them as you say.

But in essence it is exactly what you are doing by replacing the Holy Spirit, then hushing Him. 😢

So they broom sweep the house but leave it empty and demons come back worse, right.

Well that and also:

We have the mind of Christ to take thought caprive to the obedience of Christ, and Helmet of Salvation, shield of faith to quench fiery darts of enemy, sword of the Spirit of course the word in our mouth.

God showed me, believers in many Bible churches are putting that piece of scripture on their head like a helmet, and purposely quenching the Holy Spirit and take His thoughts captive because they are calling conviction doubt.

The helmet is flint, and if they where it they have a forehead of flint but it hardened against salvation, the shield of false faith to "quench" fiery darts of the Holy Spirit trying to enter their hearts. They reject His word and quench prophetic words meant to keep them on the narrow way, which will go beyond divisions of denomination.

If they turn a deaf ear it is also quenching the Spirit.

Everyone has religion. Its their internal collection of beliefs as they interpret and respond to everything personally and in the the world.

Organized religion is different than that.

So it depends on the health of religion.

And there is only one Way Truth and Life.

Everything else is deception. And even churches who profess Jesus are often in error. A false Jesus, instead of the Jesus according to what He actually said.

Deception can be subtle but obvious. Test all things by what is actually written. Jesus was clear. Dont explain His words away. Just simply take His words as they are written!

Many will say Lord, Lord and He will say depart from me I never Knew you.

Side: Yes

No. It is the choice of an individual to have a religion or not have a religion!

I am personally an atheist. I love animals, science, physics, children and respect those people who want to have a God for their own. Religious views should be something personal.

You are being religious replacing God with yourself believing you excuse your sin and exempt yourself from Hell. Proclaiming your religion publicly and then saying those who disagree with you should be quiet is fascism which is what government sanctioned atheism always becomes.

Oh for the love of Mars! And fascism was secular because they believed the people shouldn't put their trust in anything but the state, and with religion people were idolising and worshipping a deity which wasn't the state. And all of your 'arguments' are basically the same copy-paste 'I'm angry at your for not sharing the same beliefs as me so I'm gonna say some random ramblings about how you're a narcissist'.

I don't think everyone should have a religion because it restricts you to a certain limit when doing things. You have to follow rules and regulations of a certain religion. Why not be free? . Religion is like believing in God. How does anyone know that God even exists? For all we know, we could be believing in something that isn't even there. If people didn't have a religion, we would be in far places now, not fighting against each other

It's okay, if you really need one, but, I think we would be better off if no one needed one.

Some say "everyone has a religion (belief)" but religion does not equal belief.

Religion:a set of beliefs concerning the cause, nature, and purpose of the universe, especially when considered as the creation of a superhuman agency or agencies, usually involving devotional and ritual observances, and often containing a moral code governing the conduct of human affairs.

Belief:the feeling of being certain that something exists or is true.

Not everyone should have a religion.

NO ONE SHOULD HAVE A RELIGION.

To quote Christopher Hitchens: "religion poisons everything" please think critically, rationally and independently and forget about supernatural nonsense.
