I believe Christianity is more about loving thy neighbour than destroy, discriminate and humiliate them. Some might think otherwise but it’s not the case for me. As a Catholic, I support gay rights because gay people are obviously human beings , and are thus worthy of the same dignities and the same freedoms to make their own decisions, which are accorded to other human beings. It is a personal choice, and nobody except the concerned person should have any say at all in this decision. I think gay marriages are no different from heterosexual marriages. Side: Yes
I asked whether you think it should be legal, not whether it is legal. Yes, I know it is currently legal in the U.S. If you only think about what it is instead of focusing on how it should be, then all the points you make on the progressive left and Obama are pointless. Of course Gay marriage should have NEVER been forced on ALL STATES! The progressive Left is BIG BROTHER at it's worst! They built their political correct box around every single state in the union and if the people living in those states dissagree with Big Brother, then they are sued! You must live within the LGBT PC box! No tolerance for those who do not agree. No open mindedness in allowing states to decide their own laws. The supreme court is suppose to interpret the constitution, not force new laws on every state! They could have just left it up to each state to decide for themselves.
