The minor is incarcerated. It's a state law, so it varies state to state, but in this particular situation, the state is Florida, even if you are convicted as an adult, if you are under 18, the sheriff can only release your info to judges, police officers, school superintendents and Dr.'s. His tapes were released as public record and now he's suing the sheriffs department. Technically, well within his rights....
