I like how you didn't ask for everyone to be subjected to a test of intelligence. Perhaps you rightfully thought such a test would disproportionately disqualify conservative voters. Whatever the case, I will accept your proposal on the condition of an amendment to have the test applied to the entire electorate. Side: Yes

It is impossible to do a psychological study , on a group of people who are more often than not , dishonest , and proceed to any accurate conclusion. Also, seeing as their are many types of trolling tactics, that would also cause the results to show no significant pattern. 1. There's the trolls who bait to piss people off, which could be because of all of the reasons you brought up or because the troll finds the way which people respond when they become angry, to be hilarious. 2. There's the trolls who bait to cause confusion, which could be because it makes them feel like they are in control, which could be due to, being treated like crap while growing up, or because they are just inclined to loving the feeling of being in control. 3.. There's the trolls who bait to make someone do something stupid, I.e by giving misleading directions. Maybe someone gave them misleading directions and now they feel as if they need to do it someone else to feel empowered? Or maybe because they are just assholes. 4. There's trolls who distribute false information to gain something of material value. I.e, a fast food establishment spreading lies about a competitor having roaches, rats or other kinds of vermin, so that the competitor will go out of business, thus bringing in more revenue. 5. There are the trolls who need a creative outlet and thus, develop conspiracies and spread them and vehemently defend the conspiracies with more nonsense. There are trolls that happen to be irritated by trolling and feel the need to assign negative causality to the other troll's behavior. That's not really trolling, that's just naivety. No, Liberals should not be given an IQ test because tests such as those show little insight into a person's wisdom, common sense, humanity, etc. Do we want a person who can say big words, do math, etc. but can not discern the inhumanity of snuffing out the lives of even healthy late term babies, harvestng their organs for sale, or allowing a child born alive after a botched abortion to starve to death. Wisdom, common sense, humanity, caring for freedoms, liberties, etc...... these are the qualities we should be looking for in our leaders, not an IQ test score which means nothing. Side: No
