'Common sense' is one of the most misused terms I'm aware of. Much of what is called 'common sense' has little do do with objective sensibility and much to do with personal agenda- and even if that were not the case, there's still the fact that much of what is called 'common sense' is hardly common. Side: No
Common sense is gained through experiences. It's common sense not to touch anything that just came out of the oven. However you might learn that the hard way. What's the class going to do, prepare you for every potential outcome of things you could do without even knowing about it, until it's to late? Side: No
