I think people can be cremated after their death. Even if it sounds crazy, I have two reasons to agree with this statement.

The first main reason is overpopulation that is observed for the last 50 years. Each square of land becomes more important day by day and the cause of it is the increasing of people in the world. Now think for a moment, can we give and spend land for a person who even is not going to live in that land? (God forgive me for saying so!). Such kind of death can be economically profitable.

The second reason is the sanitation for surrounding.

Why not?

I wouldn't mind being cremated. Sounds good enough.

The world is not getting any bigger and the human race is just growing so I think that people should be creamated. If you get buried at death, all your body is doing is taking up space that the future generations will need. As for myself, I think the though of my body being stuck in the ground to rot, is just a nasty thought. When I die, I want my body parts to be given to the good of anybody that needs it. If any of my body parts could actually be used ot save someone's life one day, that makes my existence worth the time of my living. :)

Of course, if your cremated, it's going to be hard to even distinguish your body parts from each other, let alone give them to someone

Side: No, they shouldn't be cremated

I believe that they should!

1. Imagine how many people died since the Paleolithic period when the first human saw the light. Most of them were buried. The whole planet is a big grave. U say that it is not fair towards dead people to cremate them. Now try to think, is it fair toward dead people to walk on their graves?!?! Of course it is NOT!

2. Are u familiar with the words: exhumation, hooliganism bank of donor organs and necrophilia?!? is it right to interrupt the peace of the dead?!? NO!!! People are exhuming bodies for several reasons: to sell organs on the black market, to outrage dead and so on. Do you want such kind of a disrespecting towards your relatives...Of course u do not....

Instead of thinking over someone's rules, think over your moral principles...

God taking all in the balance.

After someone die, body usually decomposes and devotes to the ground (+ gives benefit to the soil) and today you can not find anyone who stumble because of corpses lying on the ground.A human was created from sand and to sand again his return is supposed to be. Scientists proved that human has similar chemical composition with sand, especially it comes out mostly with our skin.

Concerning your argument about exhuming and other outrages over dead bodies I want to say that, that today is a different century. Time changed. Generation changed. Traditions changed. Nowadays no one put some valuable things together in a yawner as it was 1000 years ago.

Ash would do a much better job at that.

A human was created from sand and to sand again his return is supposed to be.

And cremating them would speed up the process.

Scientists proved that human has similar chemical composition with sand, especially it comes out mostly with our skin.

Which pseudo scientists say that?

If you creamed, for helping someone after the death it will be very good according to islam.

Side: Yes, they should be cremated

If for some reason one of my enemies poisons me with something that makes me fall asleep, and the coroner can't tell that I'm still alive (highly unlikely but whatever go along with it) I'd rather be burned alive quickly than buried alive, and left to starve or run out of air.

cremated peole after they died? it is very wild, not human activities. i think , people after they died, should connected with the ground.

people after they died, should connected with the ground.

Spread ash is far more connected to the ground then a body in a box.

it is very wild, not human activities.

If it is wild then why do no other animals do it? if it is not human then why are humans the only one who do it? Burying the dead is far more wild.

Side: Yes, they should be cremated

I'm against cremation, because it isn't humane attitude to people who left this world and also the process itself contradicts many religious aspects.

the process itself contradicts many religious aspects.

Hinduism, the world's second most practiced religion, states that any burial is improper and that people should be cremated to attain, or at least become closer to Moksha. Also the amount of space needed to provide the majority of people with graves is just wasteful.

I'm also against. people even cannot touch body of died person. when it comes to crime, it will be tremendoes problem. even, in every religion it is forbidden to act with died body.

No they should not be cremated. When I die, I want to be buried.

okay, this is what happens when you are cremated:

Your body is taken to a morgue and lies in that cold place for days, maybe even weeks.

Strangers who you've never known in your life clean your body and put makeup on your face to make you look okay.

These strangers then burn your body to ashes.

Compare this to being washed by your family, being shrouded by tour family and then being buried by tour family.

I think I choose option two when I die.

Maybe your experience with death is different, but where I live the dead typically aren't washed by their family.

If you're to be buried you are sent to an undertaker who's job it is to make you look good for the funeral. Especially when a service is open casket the funeral home works to make the deceased look like they are sleeping, which can involve putting on make up, or lotion, dressing them, and using tape or wires to keep facial features in the right place.

To be clear this is not in any way meant to be an argument against burial, I just think its a reality. Honestly, in my mind both are perfectly reasonable choices. I think that people should just make the choice for themselves about if they personally wish to be cremated or buried. It might sound silly or morbid but if the choice is important to you then all it takes is telling one or two trusted friend or family member while you're still alive.
