Do you know what Parkinson's disease is? If I had to wager, and I'm speaking for Sitar so I'm sorry if I get it wrong, she's commenting that making fun of such a debilitating disease is in poor taste. If she has personal experience with it, be it because of a loved on for a family friend, she's seen what it does and is commenting that their struggles with every day life or even just things that people take for granted, such as knitting and simple stuff, isn't something to make light of. But, hey, it's jolie. I thought it was kinda funny and that's on me, but I do think it's a terrible thing to have happen to someone. Side: Wait..., what? No!!!
