I think if a heterosexual couple have the right, why shouldn't a homosexual couple have the right just because it isn't considered 'normal'?

It IS legal! IS,IS,IS! The (largely conservative) SCOTUS has MADE it legal! What that KY Jelly clerk in KY is doing is (IL)legal! We do NOT put our hand on the Constitution and swear to uphold the Bible! We put our hand on the Bible (or the Qu'ran, or the Constitution, or maybe the Boy Scout Manual would do), and swear to uphold THE CONSTITUTION! If we swore to uphold the Bible we'd be no better than Iran!

Just because it is legal in most of the United States does not mean it is legal everywhere, therefore the question retains its relevancy.

Side: Shoul

In the United States, it is. I agree with the decision from the Supreme Court.

Having the same sex all the time is boring, try different kinks and spice it up.

All marriages should have varied sex lives :)

That can go for both heterosexual marriages and homosexual marriages. Your argument is invalid.

He didn't say anything about homosexuals. He responded to the question.

same sex is not marriage ... any more than a man selling his daughter for three goats and a cow

3 goats and a cow is religious marriage. Why do you hate religious marriage?

The father and mother play very important roles in a family. And to be missing one is not logical and can be difficult for a child growing up. Besides the point, our bodies were designed for marriage to be between a man and a woman. It's as simple as that.

Simply no. It has been shown that it is the act of parenting that dictates how well a child does not the family construct being a certain way. Peer reviewed research from across the globe all come to this same conclusion; having same sex parents does not negatively effect the children who are raised by them.

Here is a meta study using 19 different studies that also support that same sex couples fair just as well as parents as hetero couples.

[T]he claim that same-sex parents produce less positive child outcomes than opposite-sex parents—either because such families lack both a male and female parent or because both parents are not the biological parents of their children—contradicts abundant social science research. Decades of methodologically sound social science research, especially multiple nationally representative studies and the expert evidence introduced in the district courts below, confirm that positive child wellbeing is the product of stability in the relationship between the two parents, stability in the relationship between the parents and child, and greater parental socioeconomic resources. Whether a child is raised by same-sex or opposite-sex parents has no bearing on a child’s wellbeing.

Besides the point, our bodies were designed for marriage to be between a man and a woman. It's as simple as that.

Our bodies necessitate that we are binary in our reproduction not for marriage. Marriage is a social construct not a biological one. We don't need to be married to have children nor is having children a prerequisite for marriage. If it were then sterile people, the elderly women or people who have had industrial accidents should not get married.

Ok, so you believe that single parents should not be allowed to raise children? Why don't you advocate against adoption or surrogacy in these cases?

Besides the point, our bodies were designed for marriage to be between a man and a woman

Our bodies were not designed for marriage. Marriage is a human concept, and man-made. You can argue that men and women sex is natural, but gay people get as much pleasure out of gay sex as straight people do out of straight sex.
