Students have feelings, too. They may not FIRE teachers but they may report to authorities whatever stupid/wrong thing the teacher did. If students get expelled for their behavior, why not teachers? Students and teachers have basically the same job in a school and that is TO LEARN. Teachers also learn from their students by understanding the students' point of view. They're all the same. The difference is that teachers are more skilled and know a lot more than the students but what else? Side: Yes,yay!

They may not FIRE teachers but they may report to authorities whatever stupid/wrong thing the teacher did. If students get expelled for their behavior, why not teachers? That is already the case. They may not FIRE teachers but they may report to authorities whatever stupid/wrong thing the teacher did. If students get expelled for their behavior, why not teachers? ...What? A student's job is to learn, a teacher's job is to teach. Teachers also learn from their students by understanding the students' point of view. They're all the same. The difference is that teachers are more skilled and know a lot more than the students but what else? The ability to and the effort put into creating lesson plans and teaching said curriculum, for one. Side: No, nay!
In your last reply, students also put effort into studying. They put effort to listening to the teachers. They put effort in making their home works, doing projects and a lot more. I personally know someone who had a problem with a teacher. It was an oral test and the teacher asked the student a question which wasn't discussed (REASON #1). Why would she do that? It's a good thing that the student learnt this in her old school. She answered more than what the teacher thought she knew or what she thought she would say. EVEN MORE. When the grades were up, she failed the subject. (REASON #2) This is not right/ just. Care to reply? Side: Yes,yay!

No. Students would not have the necessary skills nor professional qualifications to assess a teacher's ability. What the majority of one year's class may find unacceptable could very well clash with the opinion of those students of subsequent years. Such a harebrained scheme could result in teachers being sacked for frivolous reasons which could include a racial element, an unacceptable accent, their unattractive appearance, being considered ''uncool'' or too strict a disciplinarian. The best barometer of a teacher's ability is the professional judgment of the head teacher and the board of governor's evaluation of their performance throughout the school year and the exam results at the end of the year. Who cares if they don't have a permit or something. I as gymnast friend say that that is the CRAZIEST thing that I have ever heard in my whole entire lifetime. Some teachers are mean, and they don't deserve to be allowed to punish students!! Don't you agree with that!? Side: Yes,yay!
