Should the Third Amendment be taken out of the Constitution

The Third Amendment says that no soldier shall house himself in a persons home without consent of he owner. However, we do not have that problem anymore. Should it be removed from the Constitution?

No, we can barely get anything done in congress as it is, why waste time on something that protects us, even though it's not needed.

Well, it is a bit antiquated, since it was originally referring to British soldiers forcing the colonists to house them during the era of the Revolutionary War.

But, I say, we should probably keep it. After all, the USA is becoming more of a police state all the time. The Patriot Act already effectively robbed us of at least three or four Constitutional Rights.

So we need to hold on to all we can!
