Should the schools cancel final examinations?
Some people believe that’s final examinations is the safest way to evaluate the amount the student had learned.
Others will defend the idea that is not effective, small quizzes and research project as continuous assessment is an alternative of keeping student involved and motivated, rather than massive information at the end of the period.

Final exam seems to lead the education to focus on what to be prepared for the exams rather than the learning itself. It seems to be: “what’s for the exam?, “ how many chapters of the book?”, “ shall I ready this for the finals?” Deplorable, the goal is to pass the exams, learning is less important for that matter. If we focus on the real, productive learning process, the future professional (doctor, teacher, pilot, fireman) will respond accordingly because he’s supposed to know the job. Yes! yet stressful, but a conscious work. Side: agree
