People are endowed with certain unalienable rights. Among these rights is liberty. Liberty from a legal standpoint is the freedom to do what you want so long as such behavior does not harm others. None of the above acts harm others when conducted between consenting adults. Therefore, homosexuality should not be banned. Side: No.

I always love how those on the Left talk about not harming others, but support killing unborn babies for any reason. Is it a harmful act to kill someone? HYPOCRITE! No one is trying to ban Homosexuality, other than your Muslim allies. What Conservatives will never agree with is forcing every State in America to embrace Gay marriage! Side: Yes.

I can see how the two are different. Homosexuality and right-handedness different because... 1. Homosexuality is far less common than right-handedness. 2. Homosexuality is determined to be a sin by believers of three top faiths. So I can understand where this opposition comes from. 3. People view what hand you write with as natural while homosexuality is deemed unnatural. I think these people seriously misunderstand homosexuality, and I know where the misunderstanding comes from. Side: Yes.
