The issue is very important for our society, for pupils and teachers, because it leads us to heated debates. In my personal opinion, cell phones should be allowed, because of the following reason. Firstly, it helps us in the case of urgent situations. Schools should allow and encourage students to carry cell phones at school as a tool for their safety during a potential crisis. For example, your school is in terrorist attack, you can call your parents or police for help. Well, a mobile phone is convenient in our life. However, I disagree to use a phone in school because it can disrupt some students during lessons when if it rings in a class. Therefore, students will not pay attention immediately and also by ringing mobile phones a mood or environment will be ruined. Side: Against
No they shouldnt because it is a distraction in school when you phone goes off and the teacher is teaching. At my school you can only use phones at lunch time and thats it.
