Sure. The difference between that and the cop who just remembers everyone is merely extent.

Facebook uses it already.

Any measure which enables law enforcement agencies to discharge their duties more effectively and fairly should be adopted without hesitation.

Criminals have access to an array of state-of the-art technology and the 'facial recognition software' would help in part to counteract the high-tech devices to which today's sophisticated criminals have access.

Needless to say, the dumb, progressive, left wing dingbats in San Francisco have banned their use by the police.

How the criminals will be celebrating the eye-watering stupidity of the gormless inmates at San Francisco's City hall.

I'm pretty sure they already do, at least in many places. It's bad for privacy but sadly most people have already voluntarily gave their privacy away so I don't see there being much pushback on that front.

Hello again, W:

I think you're right.. Can a citizen COVER their face to AVOID being identified?? Can the government FORCE the people to expose their faces when in public??

I don't think the Islamic Imoms care Con. Their women will be covering their faces. You know.... mysogynistic, anti feminist, istaphobic homophobes that you can't ideologically call any of those things....

But I sure as hell can. Isn't freedom of speech great, or as a lib, would you actually know?

I've heard the 4th amendment means that's OK in the U.S., but I'm no expert. Here in the U.K. we don't have any such luxury (1).
