You left out the last part of the Oath "according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God." The Uniform Code of Military Justice states an affirmative duty to DISOBEY all UNLAWFUL orders. Any Presidential order that is unconstitutional would be unlawful. It would not be patriotic to break the Oath. It would be patriotic, and in accordance with the oath to disobey unlawful orders. Side: NO
