You left out the last part of the Oath "according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."

The Uniform Code of Military Justice states an affirmative duty to DISOBEY all UNLAWFUL orders. Any Presidential order that is unconstitutional would be unlawful. It would not be patriotic to break the Oath. It would be patriotic, and in accordance with the oath to disobey unlawful orders.

Yes it would. But then it would almost certainly be labelled as mutiny or rebellion or treason, and then punished as such unless an immediate change in power at the top coinicided. The irony is you can be super patriotic and still be put to death for treason.
