Spiderman vs. Superman
I know there's alot of random stuff on here, but I am really curious bout this one. Which one do you think is cooler? Let me know, and keep it clean! :-)
Spiderman. There's really no competition once you think about it. His weakness is a girl (which makes sence) Supermans weakness...is a rock...hahahaha.

Well, who is cooler is kind of a loaded question with this pair. In their civilian identities Peter Parker is a nerd and Clark Kent has cultivated an image of being clumsy, boring and prone to disappearing when the going gets tough.
But, in terms of cooler character to read?
Costume: Spider-Man
Current popularity: Spider-Man
Ease of relating to: Spider-Man
Humor: Spider-Man
Villains: A decade or so ago, I'd have said Spider-Man, but Supes' rogues gallery has been beefed up quite nicely in the 2000s.
Powers: Superman. Let's face it, you'd probably rather have Supes' power set than Spidey's. And you'd rather have someone like Superman protecting your city too.
Supporting Cast: Spider-Man. I'd take MJ or Gwen over Lois any day. And JJJ is an awesome foil.
Other Media: Spider-Man
Storylines: Right now its Superman. But all told I'd go with Spidey just for the 70s-80s stories.
Believability: Spider-Man, although these are Superheroes we're talking about, so I'm talking relative scale here.
So yeah, Spidey gets my nod for "coolest." But I'd say Superman is the better hero.
You know, I agree. Haha. My favorite super hero of all time is Spiderman, over all the other Marvel and DC heros. However, you do have a point. Superman would definitely be a better body guard, but it be funny to see your enemy hangin from a web.

now, you guys are misunderstanding the rarity of kryptonite. its rare, yes, but dont ya think lexcorp would be happy to supply oscorp in return for a little genetic mutation samples? but, if the two were in a fight, there is an even chance of both winning. if spidey stole some kryptonite, he would web shot it onto supes body. but, with super speed, that will be hard to do. hes gonna have to rely on spidey sense alot. but, if beforehand supes zaps spideys webshooter, itll be impossible for spidey to hit supes. supes breaks his neck, done deal. so, it all depends on the first strike.

The video is the one I linked to on youtube batman said it "took years and costs a fortune." Also in the Dark Knight Returns there is a nuclear winter and Batman is using a powerful Powered exoskeleton.
I prefer Spider-Man to Super-Man, Super-Man has too many powers, making him a little bit 'boring'. However Spider-Man is too powerful and his powers are limited(he can swing, but can't fly), and unlike Super-Man, can not to everything.
Spiderman is way more awesome than superman. Supes is more powerful, and that is why I like Spiderman better. Superman is way overpowered. It's ridiculous. He can fly, he is super-fast, super-strong, he has laser eyes. He can freeze with his breath. It's just way too much.
Spidey is so much better because he can sling webs,has top notch intelligence.possesses extreme agility,is a parkour master, and so much more! Plus,Superman's weakness is a frickin' rock!
A while ago I would have said Superman, but I find myself more and more liking Spiderman's wit and sense of humor. If I had to get rescued I would want Superman, if I just wanted to hang out I would choose Spiderman.
No way! Spiderman can assume a normal human life without drawin much attention. I'd like Superman to try that! I think bein different is good, but bein the same as everyone else and standin out is the worst! Haha! :-P

Honestly? Spiderman could never amount up to the badass that Superman is, yeah SM's weakness is Kryptonite, but most common enemies arnt exactly in possession of the highly rare rock, where as with Spiderman, any villain can grab MJ and Pete's screwed, Additionally, I'd like to see Spiderman take on Doomsday.

Usually I love Batman, but for this Poll I Would go for superman...WHY?? Well Obviously He has a stronger character than spiderman and also in Strength but but but Spiderman Man is more flexible but will die with a fight againts Superman...
