There are many types of super foods available for purchase that can better your health. Whatever vitamin or mineral you are in need of or health problem you wish to prevent, there is a food out there that will fit the bill. The following are a small sampling of some of the best super foods that will not only maintain your good health, but also prevent future health problems.

Cantaloupe

Cantaloupe is one of the most powerful of all the Natural Superfood. A quarter of this fruit almost packs in a full daily dose of Vitamin A as well as the beta carotene needed for good vision and cataract prevention. Your list is crap because it only focuses on "purifying" the body and not on nutrient density. Where is the grass fed liver and the sea food? Yoiu're also promoting the lowest form of milk when you should be promoting raw, organic, and grass fed whole milk. Pasturizing it and removing the fat from it removes the nutrients as well, not just the fat and the bacteria.

Beta carotene is what you convert into vitamin A you retard, it does not contain both because it only contains beta carotene which is converted to vitamin A after being eaten.

Free radicals are not beneficial fucktard, antioxidants are beneficial specifically because they protect you from free radicals.

Sweet Potatoes

calling this a super food is laughable. It is literally a bag of carbs and sugar which is not nutrient dense at all.

You didn't even mention the B vitamins in these nor do you have any idea that most people aren't getting them due to how they cook them. You also forgot to mention the oxolates and goitrogenic compounds in these plants.

Whole Grain Pasta, Rice, and Bread

This is just fucking stupid, the only grain that can be called a "super food" is wild rice and you didn't even mention it.
