pepsi's logo has always had that same color scheme, and the same circular image. the only difference is that it is slanted upwards, instead of directly across it. To make such a connection, i find, is rather ridiculous.

The only thing similar is color. I honestly didn't think of that once until I just saw it now.

I just happen to hate both of those. I dislike Pepsi and I disagree with Obama on allot of things. What a coincidence.

However I haven't noticed it until I saw the picture.

I did like the old Pepsi logo better.

Eh, you know, it's a nice idea, but I don't think they would change their logo for a campaign. That was their symbol before he won, right? I had never thought about that until I saw this debate. Anyway, Obama's too cool for Pepsi :P

A Soft Drink Logo and a Political Insignia...both in a Red, White & Blue circle. They look nothing at all alike!

i have seen this logo many times, however never associated it with Pepsi. So no connection. The symbolry is simple, Obama (represented by the 'O') as New hOpe On american hOrizon, sunrise for america. The stripes also represent farmers tilled fields.

The Pepsi logo doesn't look ANYTHING like the Obama symbol!. Yeah, they both have red, white and blue. Wow! So do a lot of other things. I would never look at the Pepsi symbol and think Obama or look at the Obama symbol and think Pepsi. They are VERY different. I see an American flag variation with the Obama symbol. I don't see that at all with the Pepsi logo.

The new Pepsi logo is called the "smile" logo, as it's supposed to look like it's smiling. They have had a very similar logo for a very long time, except the white part was a swirl that was the same width the whole way through. All they did was widen the white swirl at one end to again, make it look like it's smiling.

Some of you ridiculous people will grasp at straws and look for any excuse to believe what you want to believe. Why on earth would Pepsi want to alienate a good portion of their customers by sending that kind of message? It does NOT make sense.
