The question was asked.... Can I be personally opposed to, but prochoice about abortion?

So lets clarify that statement and show how wrong it is.

Lets use the same question and change a couple words ok?

Can I personally be opposed to, but prochoice about slavery?

Can I personally be opposed to, but prochoice about the holocaust?

So tell me, how does that question sound when it comes to killing other people besides babies?

The next thing that these selfish inhuman prochoicers living in denial will say, is that these are human lives and unborn viable babies are not.

LOL, if the baby is not a human life, why would you be personally opposed to killing it?
If it's just tissue, why the personal concerns over it's life?

Ask yourself these questions and then get back to me ok?

We all know the answer. Prochoice people have sold their humanity for sake of beling liked by their peers, and like to have an out when they or their family members get pregnant.

COMPLETE HYPOCRITICAL PHONEYS.

That's... hilarious.

Also, sad.

In fact, now that I think of it, if such people can be predicted before birth, then aborting them should be made a rule.

As to his questions, I've solved them already. And, as I see, someone even gave a better answer here.

Maggot just wants personal validations for his idiotic opinions.

If that isn't spamming a debate website, then I don't know what is.

just change the word abortion to murder (cause that's what it is) .... ask yourself the question again

Your link only goes to a really shitty website with no information that supports your claim.

Can I personally be opposed to, but prochoice about the holocaust?

For a Christian to fully believe the Bible their answer would be yes. Most Christians oppose slavery and the holocaust, yet the Bible does promote slavery and genocide.

You've built a straw man

As far as my answer to the main question I'll also paste my answer from the original debate FromWithin copied this from.

Absolutely you can. As an example, prior to my becoming an atheist I was opposed to homosexuality, but I supported their right to marry. Just because my religion taught one thing didn't mean our laws should be based on that. That said, whether abortion is right or wrong is not simply based on what a religion may say. Even now as an atheist I oppose it.
