Well we all watch cops on TV and one thing jumps out at me so many times...no matter how submissive a 'suspect' is,no matter how still he lies and obeys the asshole cops commands there is ALWAYS one or two who will jump on them,place a knee across their necks and yell "Quit Resisting".The punch drunk ,smug motherfuckers will then reel off a list of charges,half of which dont pertain to incident we just witnessed. I know a cop and they are told at the start of each shift who to blitz...speeders,drunks ,etc.They are also on a 'learning curve'...means they have to arrest so many per week for wharever reason or its back to the classroom. No wonder the courts are filled with bullshit charges and jails bursting due to the corrupt Police state Bush initiated .I am a Trucker and the amount of times I get stopped for Bullshit reasons is unreal.The last time wasting exercise a cop gave me was for allegedly speeding .After 10 mins detention I was handed  a ticket which,this is true,on it stated...estimated speed(his guess) and not a radar reading, it was for doing 50 in a 45(his guess/opinion) and NO CHARGE...thats right NO CHARGE. What all cops must do is watch the original 'Warriors' film....remember when Sirus states that gang members outnumber the cops...well its true.There are on average 285 cops per 100,000 citizens.Come the peoples revolt they are fucked.
