1)False equivalency, seeing that there are 50 white people for every Muslim in the U.S. By your logic, I could use the same logical fallacy. Example? 1,000 terrorist attacks out of 1,000 terrorist attacks in Muslim countries were by Muslims. Checkmate. It's not a logical comparison because there aren't a large percentage of "white people" in Muslim countries. Nevertheless, if 5 of 29 terrorist attacks were by Muslims, when they make up 1% of the population, that indicates that per person, they are overwhelmingly more likely statistically to commit a terrorist act. 2)Your proposal ignores the devastation and mass loss of life per attack by each group. 3)Your proposal ignores that in Muslim areas equivalent in size and population to the United States, 29 attacks in one year would be an overwhelmingly small number. 4)Your proposal assumes that if you already have terroristic attacks in your country, you are obligated to ignore immigrants who could pose to potentially be deadly agents and should happily welcome attacks by "non-white" groups. 5)You didn't give us the same stats in Britain where Muslims make up a higher percent of the population. Why?Because there are just way more white people.... 7)I know your numbers are bogus simply from past debates this year. I can think of more than 5 Islamic attacks in 2017 right off the top of my head. 8)I also know that you left out left-wing attacks because there-in lies the biggest source of terrorism and violence in the U.S. Thing is, if you visit the USA you should be more concerned about white supremacists than Muslim terrorists. But the truth is that the media has been able to turn the popular concern the other-way-round and people are, in reality, more scared about Muslim terrorists and less about the more likely threat in the US (white supremacists).
