I never claimed that either of those are secular groups, or that Iraq is a secular country. I said that within the Western World, most terrorism is not sectarian. For example go here (http://www.loonwatch.com/2010/01/not-all-terrorists-are-muslims/), then if you'd like completely ignore the fairly biased source and follow it here (http://www.fbi.gov/stats-services/publications/terrorism-2002-2005/terror0205#terror05sum). The overwhelming majority of all terrorism in the United States (and I mean overwhelming) is from groups like Sovereign Citizen Movements and similar organizations, not from Islamic terrorism. The same can be said for Europe. Go here (http://thinkprogress.org/world/2015/01/ There is no doubt that the majority of terrorism within the Middle East is related to radical Islam. That in no way changes what I said. 1

The world is still much more religious than secular. That does not contradict what I said. The world is indeed more religious than secular, but the world is still more secular than it ever has been, and therefore can not "miss" secularism. The majority of terrorism is done by Muslims, not secular people. Only within the Middle East. (http://www.fbi.gov/stats-services/ (https://www.europol.europa.eu/ |
