True or False? If the president does it, it CAN'T be a crime. If the President used Fusion GPS to send a paid Russian to frame his opponent, it would be a crime... If the President created hundreds of thousands of emails on an illegal server designed to avoid FOIA, then destroyed subpoened evidence with hammers, that would also be a crime. If the President illegaly spied on his opposition, that would be a crime too. If you wanted said President indicted, you'd have to impeach him or wait until the end of his Presidency. Side: False
