Trump Calls for 4% GDP Growth

Trump has recently called for a target goal of 4% annual economic growth, and has promised that his policies would achieve that over the next decade on top of 25 million new jobs.  Considering the recent criticism from [Oxford Economics](http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-trump-economy-idUSKCN11J25M) the nature of his proposed policies, and the fact that we haven't achieved that level of growth since 2004 and the peak of the housing bubble (and before that in the 90's with the .com bubble), do you believe Trump's goal is achievable with his polices?

Please give a specific answer regarding his actual policies.

Barack Obama knows nothing about GDP growth and is the worst president in history when it comes to GDP growth. 2nd quarter of this year the GDP growth is at 1.1 percent.

Trump can achieve an impossible goal because Obama is the worst president? That's impressive.

All Trump does is make stuff up, brag about it, and then smear critics. He had virtually no policies or plans through 2/3 of the primary campaign, and the ones he has now are from hiring a team to try to put down tangible things based on the little bit he has decided to stand for and they can't even distill it down and prop it up with reality enough to get his plans taken seriously. Following Trump is indeed analogous to following the leaders of Brexit. And if he succeeds then just like after Brexit there will be broken promises and retreats and efforts to undo a diddy which can't be undoodled.
