US Supreme Court agrees Senate must confirm appointees

This ruling just happened but it relates to Obama Presidency and his appointment to some positions without Senate approval.  He overstepped his power.  Which actually I agreed to even back then.  But now we have Pres Trump and he too is doing appointments.  Republican control of Congress means he probably won't have any problem with confirmations, but if he does then whose side do you you take? http://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-court-executive-idUSKBN16S25E

It's clear in the Constitution that appointed position(s) require Senate confirmation(s). And this should apply to every President, no matter which party or poltical direction they come from.

Why do I suspect though the first time Trump can't get an appointee through he's going to cry foul and insist it is indeed within his rights as President? Time will tell.

Why do you suspect the worst from Trump?

Do I need to state the obvious answer to that question? You are an ultra Liberal who has never once in all my time on this debate site, said a decent thing about a Repubican WITHOUT THERE BEING A DISCLAIMER!

It truly is laughable on almost every post from you. It always starts out with you trying to play the moderate open minded debater, AND THEN WITHOUT FAIL, the true Liberal always surfaces and makes condescending remarks towards the Republicans.

Hey, I understand what you are and why you do it because I am a conservative and understnd how few things I agree with in the Democrat Party.

But you claim to be the moderate rather than the ultra flaming Liberal you truly are. It's such deception and exactly what Liberals do in the Press.

Obama sounded so good, so eloquent while speaking to the people, but then behind closed doors pushed every extreme Liberal program he could, and did so with executive orders when Congress refused.

How about Liberals stop being afraid of calling themselves Liberal, and be honest just once in their lives. If your Liberall positions are so great, you should not have to hide from them.

I'm critical of Trump because his only skills are wealth (which he was given) and showmanship. He lacks the judgment, patience, fairness, stewardship, administration, and maturity of a President. Which is why I'd expect him to throw a fit if he didn't get his way, just like you.

I am Conservative and not ashamed of it. I do not fear Conservative positons and have no problem defending them.

You see, I never have to deceive and twist the facts by denying supporting infanticide with no restriction abortions of viable babies when voting for Democrats.

This is why I can be honest with all my answers because I do not support inhumanity towards the innocent. Nothing to hide!

Abortion is completely off topic on this thread and that's the type of reason you give when banning folks. Hypocrite.

You aren't a conservative. You are a big government Republican.

You have never once admitted to supporting abortion.

You aren't honest.

Haha. Nothing to hide? If you have nothing to hide why are you constantly hiding in your debates?

What a convoluted statement that you made ! Be left to your own madness because the above makes no sense at all but in your Progressive mind i sure it makes sense.

No, it makes sense, and you had no problem thinking of at least three posts under this thread, which proves it made sense.

Nope. Again you didn't pay attention - ever. I spoke back then against overstepping authority and I did so again now. You see, I'm not a one note ideologist like yourself, but you can't understand that because you are consumed by yours.
