In order to leak something you have to have access to whatever is being leaked. Trump's Republican side has a choke hold on Washington right now. It's ludicrous to say leaks are somehow the fault of the side which lost power and is no longer privy to the deep inside operations.

The REASON people leak is because they SEE something untoward. As a nation, and by a WIDE margin, we are better off because people LEAKED. So, if leaders wanna stop LEAKS, they need to STOP doing untoward things..

To be able to leak something one must first have access. Trump doesn't seem like the type who would allow anyone he perceives as being against him (Hillary supporters) to be allowed near him or in the group he is leading to get the leaks to begin with. He has surrounded himself with people he believes are "his" people, yet those are where the leaks are probably coming from.
